How Custom Charms Work
From first idea to finished charms, we keep the process clear, collaborative and easy to follow.
1. Share your idea
Tell us who the charms are for, what you want them to represent, your approximate quantity and your target timing. You can share approved artwork, logos, colors, words or a written concept.
2. Review the project
We review the design direction, intended use, size, shape, quantity and production details. We will confirm the ordering approach, pricing and timing for your project before you commit.
3. Review your digital proof
We prepare a digital proof for your review. Approval of the digital proof is required before production begins. For large orders, physical proofs can be requested before production.
4. Approve and produce
Once the proof and project details are approved, your charms move into production. Catalog products are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Typical custom orders are completed within 5–10 business days. Rush custom orders typically take 1–5 business days when rush service is available.
5. Receive and share
Your finished charms ship within the United States. Shipping is calculated at checkout when applicable. We will provide available tracking information after shipment.
